• Block storage and object storage solutions
• Virtual networking and load balancing
• Managed database services
• Container orchestration and management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use GRAIT Cloud services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distributes malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interferes with or disrupts our services
• Engages in cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission

5. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. You agree to:

• Pay all fees according to the pricing plan you selected
• Provide valid payment information
• Pay applicable taxes including GST
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Detailed SLA terms, including service credits for downtime, are available in your service agreement.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of GRAIT Cloud services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GRAIT Cloud services are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAIT Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
